1. Responsible for mold structure review and development;

2. Responsible for follow-up and acceptance management after mold design;

3. Responsible for overall management of mold technology and process improvement in the department;

4. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of mold design and manufacturing standards, as well as the management of mold archives.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in mold design or related field;

2. At least five years of experience in hardware mold/fixture design and production, proficient in stamping mold design, familiar with the production process of hardware pipe products and the principles of mold/fixture design and production;

3. Strong ability to analyze and handle mold manufacturing anomalies;

4. Strong leadership and planning ability, clear thinking, with successful cases of project improvement and implementation;

5. Good professional ethics and spirit, able to withstand certain pressure.
