The company has profound technological advantages and has won multiple national and provincial awards. Since 2009, the company has begun to set foot in the project research of automobile lightweight and stamping Thermoforming technology, and is far superior to its competitors in the research and development of forward-looking technology. In 2022, it was successfully listed as the Hunan Provincial Technology Center and has won six well-known scientific and technological awards, including the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award ("CAD/CAE/CAM Integrated Technology for Automotive Panel Stamping Forming Process and Equipment" and "Theory, Calculation Methods, and Key Technologies of Sheet Metal Stamping Process and Mold Design and Their Applications in Vehicle Body Manufacturing"), the first prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology, and the first prize of Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. The company has undertaken a total of 28 national and provincial research tasks for a long time, and has participated in the development of over 200 vehicle models and molds for well-known domestic enterprises such as Shanghai Volkswagen and Suzuki in Japan.
In recent years, with "new materials, new processes, new technologies, new structures and new equipment" as the five new innovation points, the company has successively completed the national "Zhongqi" C-class passenger vehicle project, the strategic emerging Sex industry science and technology project in Hunan Province, the key research and development plan of Hunan Province - complex aluminum alloy forming and other projects.
